CITIZENS EXCHANGE BUREAU provides a knowledge exchange service. Taking the form of a meeting or consultation, the Bureau is a discussion-based performance for one audience member at a time. Using a database of post-it notes, their memories and handwritten notes, Bureau advisers attempt to transmit and receive a growing bank of personal knowledges.
